Breakfast and lunch service will be available to all students. Breakfast costs $1.50 and lunch costs $2.85. Reduced breakfast costs $.30 and reduced lunch costs $.40. Gateway Charter School will participate in the National School Lunch Program and free or reduced pricing will be available to those students who meet the guidelines.

Online Meal Payments
Great news! We are now accepting online payments for breakfast and lunch through e-Funds for Schools. You must register with e-Funds first, but then you can make online payments anytime! Register here. If you have questions about e-Funds for Schools or are having problems registering, please contact e-Funds directly by clicking on the Customer Service link at the bottom of your school’s e-Funds page.
Introducing Parent Rewards! Our cafeteria point of sale system introduces Parent Rewards! When you create an account you can:
- Monitor your child’s lunch balance and transaction history
- Add dietary notes, such as a food allergy
- Receive balance updates via push notifications
- Earn rewards that turn into credits to be used in the cafeteria to purchase items or increase your child’s meal account balance.

Breakfast, Lunch, and Snack Menus
View our breakfast and lunch menus by visiting www.preferredmealsmenu.com. First, select your state. Next, for District select your school name. Last, for School Name select your school name again. This will allow you to view your school’s menus by day, week, and month!

Nutrition and Wellness
Lee Charter Foundation, Inc. promotes health in students by supporting wellness, quality nutrition and regular physical activity as a part of the total learning environment.
The Healthy Hunger-Free Kids Act requires school cafeterias to meet new federal nutrition standards for school lunches and breakfasts. Read our “School Meals Have Changed!” flyer to learn more!
The USDA Smart Snacks Policy requires schools to only sell food and beverages that meet certain nutrition standards.
